My kitchen in stainless steel in China has black stuff on the ground, is mounted by the clay. Is it really made of stainless steel, and it is not safe to use for cooking?

Everything made in China is suspect and likely to be less damaged and / or. The Chinese steel garbage, and much of what all the huts court, where the farmers to combine their old pots and plates made of snow. Therefore, the Chinese steel is full of impurities.
What we have is probably much lower steel and personally I would take things and something reasonable. The cheap Chinese stuff is not good.
Dark matter is likely to become food carbon. I would say it is safe, so thin, but with steel prices that you really use the heat. You need to clean the black and the pot will only get worse to use whenever they are.
It would be better if we only invest in a range of quality kitchen that will last the rest of his life.
Another possibility would be cast iron to cook when you have to cook over high heat.
